Whoppie! Megan's a MS again

Okay not a Ms. but a M.S. She just successfully defended her masters thesis! Talk about perfect timing. Departure date is a little up in the air right now but planning on Saturday (Oct 3). We'll be in Australia for 1.5 weeks. Part of that will be visiting a college roommate (Chris O. in Canberra) and a high school friend (Matt O. in Melbourne) of Jason.

Getting ready

We've been scrambling to get ready to leave. Everything from buying hiking shoes, tiling the shower, figuring out health insurance, etc. It's getting close to the departure date and we're both excited but a little nervous at the same time. Not sure how frequent we'll be updating this since sitting at a computer isn't our top priority over there but we'll try to post some details and pictures to share with everyone.
